Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist to manage and oversee tier 1 and tier 2 content management logistics for our marquee events, including Relate. This role involves communicating and managing all associated deadlines for all sessions, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of exceptional content. The ideal candidate will excel in executive communication, secure high-profile speakers, manage their requirements and onsite experience, and coordinate deliverables for session promotion materials.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of content sessions for our tier 1 and tier 2 events.
  • Communicate and manage deadlines for all content-related tasks, ensuring timely delivery of all sessions.
  • Secure speakers, manage their riders, and ensure a seamless onsite experience.
  • Manage deliverables for session promotion materials, working closely with the marketing team.
  • Liaise with executives to communicate progress and updates on all tier 1 and tier 2 events.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional content sessions that meet high standards and event objectives.
  • Work with various teams across the organization to ensure all event logistics are aligned and executed flawlessly.
  • Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and the content management team.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular update meetings with executives to review event progress, address concerns, and provide status reports.
  • Create and manage: an executive communications schedule and process to keep C-suite up to date with all tier 1 and tier 2 events.
  • Create and manage a repeatable process for inviting and managing all executive participation for tier 1 and tier 2 events.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for executives, including session outlines, speaker bios, and key talking points.
  • Ensure that executive feedback is incorporated into event planning and execution.
  • Provide real-time updates to executives during events, addressing any last-minute changes or issues promptly.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, event production, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executives and high-profile speakers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with speakers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing content logistics for large-scale events.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful events.
  • A customer-oriented attitude, always thinking about the customer experience while planning and executing content.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$112,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
