As an Training Program Manager - Enterprise Skills Initiative in WW Learning, you will empower our global teams to drive impact that maximizes the reach of Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI) program.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Program Manager - Enterprise Skills Initiative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our training programs through community engagement and leadership. You’ll evangelize changes and innovations to our program to regional and local leads. You’ll build =relationships with worldwide training practitioners and collect success stories and best practices to share broadly. You’ll own community metrics and report out measurable business impacts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to assure the Training Program Community is executing effectively on program goals and driving business outcomes
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with our training program community. Foster a sense of belonging and collaboration within the community.
  • Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of ESI training programs. Ensure programs are aligned with organizational goals by infusing TPM community voice into program planning strategy and representing a global perspective.
  • Communication Strategies: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies to the community. Make data-driven recommendations for improvement and implement changes to enhance program reach and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of training programs. Leverage the expertise and resources from various departments to support program objectives.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new training initiatives. Communicate changes effectively to the community and stakeholders.
  • Content Development: Lead the development and curation of training materials and resources for TPMs. Ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and engaging for the community.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from program participants. Use insights to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, industry partners, and internal teams and internal teams, such as marketing, reporting, legal, engineering, and cross program and product leaders.". Act as the primary point of contact for community-related inquiries and support.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
    • OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
    • OR equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in leading a community practice focused on learning and development within a matrix organization, demonstrating the ability to foster collaboration, drive engagement, and implement effective learning strategies across sales teams.
    • 2+ years of experience in generating comprehensive reports, conducting in-depth analytics, and utilizing various business intelligence systems to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of projects, with a emphasis on data-driven decision making.
    • 1 year of experience in leading direct sales enablement initiatives, with a deep understanding of the sales enablement process and the ability to build effective learning and adoption strategies to support sales teams in achieving their targets

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in program or project management and community leadership
    • Proven ability to own program strategy, deliver end-to-end, and communicate results to leadership
    • Skilled in using data and metrics to drive improvements
    • Ececutive level written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in developing and implementing change and communication strategies
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to influence without authority by establishing trust and credibility
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a plus

    Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
