- Read and interpret customer and shipping orders, including deciphering difficult handwriting
- Accurately enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields from various source documents
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry and ensure consistency across the system
- Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and copying for part of the workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Patience and attention to detail for repetitive tasks
- Ability to maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
- Reading knowledge of English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation
