What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct daily operations around the travel process for physicians and locum tenens
• Create and maintain reports from multiple databases and manage travel request dashboard
• Reconcile charges for air, hotel, and rental car arrangements
• Act as a liaison between travel agents, recruiters, and physicians to troubleshoot travel issues
• Coordinate travel and lodging for providers while maintaining records of arrangements
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1-2 years of office experience, including clerical work and travel coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Concur
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with poise, tact, and good judgment
