- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets with large volumes of figures accurately
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents for accuracy
- Organize regular system backups to ensure data preservation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Entry Clerk position
- Proficient with word processing tools and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office Word and Excel
- Familiarity with office equipment and computer hardware
- Basic understanding of touch typing and database management tools
- Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience with data confidentiality principles and customer service skills
