Program Manager Non Tech 2

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Non Tech 2 for an opportunity in Redmond WA

Position Title: Program Manager Non Tech 2

Location: Redmond WA, Remote

Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Type: Contract and Remote (Anywhere in USA)

Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Journey Mapping:
  • Develop detailed maps of the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and interactions.
  • Analyze customer behaviors and experiences across various stages of the journey.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Use data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align strategies and improve the customer experience.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer journey initiatives.
  • Implement changes and enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Customer Feedback:
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods.
  • Use feedback to refine and optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, or a related role.
  • Experience in the educational technology sector is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in customer journey mapping tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous learning.
