Responsibilities
- Precisely screen and verify documents before data entry, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Review and process chain of custody forms, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Input missing information from custody forms into our management system.
- Enter and manage laboratory results and breath alcohol test outcomes.
- Apply electronic stamps to finalized results.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets across various queues including data entry and document screening.
- Occasionally support customer service initiatives.
- High school diploma with some college, medical training, or relevant industry experience.
- At least 3 years of data entry experience.
- Associate’s degree (preferred).
