As a Brand Strategist at Mezzanine, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' brands, guiding them through the complex process of brand transformation with purpose-driven, human-centered strategies. For over 25 years, we’ve partnered with organizations across various industries, helping them build belief, understanding, and capacity to lead positive growth through their brands. At Mezzanine, we believe that a brand is more than just a logo or a tagline—it's a story that's constantly evolving, and it's either building momentum and long-term value for an organization or it's not. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our clients' brands are strategically aligned to achieve their vision for the future.

In this role, you will collaborate with our diverse, cross-functional team of strategists, brand builders, marketers, designers, developers, storytellers, and producers. Together, we work to empower our clients to pursue their higher purpose, build enduring brands, and contribute something meaningful to the world. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive brand diagnostics, developing brand strategies alongside our Strategy Director, and consulting with clients to provide expert guidance on brand alignment and growth. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to internal projects, helping to shape the strategic direction of Mezzanine itself.
