For a small team of 18, we have a strong reputation and track record of delivering outstanding software for some truly awesome clients and brand names. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on details, has experience in software delivery/project management, and has a strong customer service orientation.
We’re a fully distributed team. You can be based anywhere in Australia for this role.

- You love working closely with a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, tech leads and other client stakeholders on a daily basis.
- You enjoy the challenge of working with clients of all sizes to deliver user-friendly solutions with our in-house team of experts.
- You are practical, hands-on, detail-oriented and thrive on the buzz of keeping projects and deliverables moving forward.
- You are a team player, recognise different working styles, and know how to get the best from team members.
- You are skilled at managing multiple projects/clients and can effectively context switch and manage your time.
- You are always prepared, writing meeting agendas and documenting the necessary details to ensure productive discussions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need…
- 3+ years of professional experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering software products within cross-functional teams.
- An understanding of the strengths and limitations of various project management methods and processes.
- A commercial mindset, focused on results.
- A team player with excellent people skills and a calm, professional demeanour.
- Experience working remotely, with effective communication practices and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and driving projects forward.
- While not essential, previous experience in an agency setting and familiarity with agile methodologies are beneficial.
