In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing and AR processes. You will analyze billing data, identify, and resolve discrepancies, and provide exceptional support to our customers while safeguarding the company's financial health.



Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain customer accounts and billing information
  • Generate sales orders and distribute accurate invoices and statements
  • Analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding billing
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Support) to ensure billing processes are efficient and effective
  • Prepare and maintain billing reports and documentation
  • Identify and recommend improvements to billing procedures
  • Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Training and onboarding new team members
  • Month end close activities


WHAT YOU BRING TO CLICKDIMENSIONS

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • NetSuite experience an advantage but not a requirement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills
