About The Opportunity

The Manager, Enterprise/Commercial Customer Success will be responsible for managing a team of individual contributors while also driving customer success metrics within the sales segments, such as GRR/NRR, NPS, and adoption scores, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement to forecast churn accurately. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to your team, ensuring that they are equipped to drive adoption and growth with their respective customers. You’ll also ensure that your team will be the conduit connecting our customers growing in the cloud to Cribl's cutting-edge innovation and use cases.

As the Manager of Enterprise/Commercial Customer Success, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that your program aligns with our overall business strategy. You will also be responsible for monitoring your program's performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure that we are meeting our goals.

What you'll do:

  • Hire, coach, and manage a world-class Customer Success team within the Enterprise and Commercial segments
  • Proactively get ahead of customer issues by identifying early-warning at-risk signals
  • Be a customer advocate regarding product roadmap and process improvements
  • Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by implementing Cribl to achieve their use case objectives
  • Identify risks and work with the account team to build risk mitigation plans
  • Develop a playbook of typical technical challenges faced by customers, as well as shared objectives to solve their issues/concerns appropriately
  • Forecasting on renewals, upsells and churn within your segment


What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-centric teams such as Customer Success, Implementation, Engagement, Onboarding, or Business Development
  • Proven Track record of achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Experience with online subscription / SaaS products is a must
  • Strategically driven; strong presentation skills required to deliver impactful presentations
  • Ability to quickly grasp and succinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise customer relationships and delivering results
  • Ability to stay calm and manage clients even under adverse conditions

Salary Range ($108,000 - 154,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
