The Story:

The Position

The SEO and Paid Social Manager will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of the advertising products in his/her portfolio. As the in-house expert, the SEO Manager will leverage his/her experience and expertise to ensure clients’ receive strong ROI from their digital marketing investments with Enspire for Enterprise. The SEO Manager will elevate the overall skill set of the Enspire for Enterprise SEO/Paid Social fulfillment team and will be the voice and face of our brand using online and offline techniques. This role will require attention to detail and management skills to assist the team in executing, measuring, reporting, and iterating on results. Validating and standing behind the work of the team as detailed and thorough is a requirement of this role. In addition to management, this role will conduct various performance tests, establish team protocols for implementation and other optimization techniques, and mentor/coach team members on best practices.

Core responsibilities:

SEO and Paid Social Fulfillment:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day workflow and results of the SEO, copywriting and Paid Social Marketing Specialists team
  • Oversee the initiatives of the team, help with prioritization and case assignment, all with an eye towards revenue growth and lead generation and keeping in mind client objectives, budgets, and schedules
  • Organize the team to maximize potential and increase productivity. Institute methodologies and report on process improvements and efficiency gains by the team.
  • Lead team meetings, events, and knowledge sharing to increase morale and overall team skill level.
  • Location level monitoring of campaign results; oversight of data analysis/reports to conclude on performance data and provide insights to leadership.
  • Provide SEO insights, analysis, industry information and and recommendations that benefit our clients & the entire organization.
  • Train/mentor teams on tactics, strategies, and best practices to drive optimal performance while ensuing the team meets timelines and quality control scores.

Client Strategy:

  • Analyze the performance of our top client’s advertising programs, analyze the market opportunity and recommend strategic shifts in advertising strategy to help client’s capture more market share.
  • Develop playbooks for our Client Services and Advertising Performance teams to execute to ensure the advertising strategy you defined for each client is effectively executed.
  • Analyze new prospect opportunities and assist sales team with sales presentations.

Customer and Line of Business Analytics and Performance:

  • Analyze the performance of our products by customer and ensure fulfillment is delivering quality results to brands and their locations.
  • Report on the revenue, profitability and operational performance targets for SEO product line.
  • Ensure our analytics reporting platform, Centermark, has the appropriate metrics and UI to enable our internal team and customers to understand the performance of their advertising program and make better faster decisions to drive efficiency and growth.

Subject Matter Expert:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert internally and will help our Sales and Client Success team deliver value and position our solutions for sale/upsell.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert externally and will strengthen Enspire for Enterprise presence and credibility as an expert digital marketing expert using both online and offline techniques.

J ob Requirements (behavioral competencies, education/certifications, technical skills):

  • Expert in digital marketing with deep expertise in on page and off page SEO and paid social digital marketing
  • 3+ years in SEO advertising product management, campaign management or product development.
  • 5+ years leading SEO and copywriting fulfillment teams
  • Excellent command evaluating online and offline opportunity analyses and developing program strategies and playbooks for customers in various industries.
  • Strong ability to communicate with clients and help them use digital marketing to achieve their objectives.
  • Experience of working with MS Excel, SPSS, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Facebook, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Data Studio and/or other tools.
  • Expert at data gathering, analyzing, discussing and reporting on paid social digital marketing KPIs
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
  • Proven track record of strong technical and leadership experiences.
  • Must be a great team player and collaborator.
  • Must be motivated, self-driven, and demonstrate creative thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A College Degree in English, Journalism, Public Communications, Writing, or 1-3 years of professional experience writing copy previously, preferably in an Internet company, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to use influence to get other teams to complete quality work on time.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology Management or related field; MBA welcome/preferred.
