The Opportunity
You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, managing development teams, and ensuring the successful execution of our Poker brand. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in technology coupled with a deep understanding of poker and crypto.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with our company goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to define the technical roadmap and prioritise initiatives based on business objectives.
- Drive the technical direction, including architecture, design, and implementation of features.
- Build and manage a small technical team in Lisbon, whilst collaborating with external agencies and development teams across Europe.
- Proven technical experience in the poker and casino industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Coordinate with external vendors and technical heads to manage project activities and resources effectively.
- Drive project execution from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of technical initiatives
What are we looking for?
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
- Experience in a fast moving start-up with enterprise-level experience.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of iGaming (Poker and Casino) crypto based products built on web and mobile using blockchain.
- Experience working in the Gaming sector is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
