Who we are
Atlas Technologies is an end-to-end platform that helps recruitment professionals generate 50% more revenue. This is a greenfield software platform with no legacy code ?? that has been founded by entrepreneurs with a successful track record.
We have two core design philosophies
- The platform is being built with Generative AI at the core, which means that most features will utilise elements of generative AI ✨
- We are a compound start-up: Instead of building a product to solve a single, small problem, we are building an end-to-end platform that solves a single, LARGE problem. This means numerous products wrapped into one elegant UX/UI
You will be central to the company's success. You will probably test more code than you ever have and, for the next year, will work harder than you ever have. In return, we will give you life-changing equity in addition to a good salary.

Responsibilities
- Take over the end-to-end manual QA testing of our new features
- Implement an AQA process on stable features
Testing suite:
- Playwright
- Linear
- The rest is up to you
Who you are
- You are the most productive QA Engineer in your company (**We aren't building a single-point solution, we are solving an entire workflow problem. This means we are writing a lot of code that operates at lightning speed)
- You prefer to spend the first week playing around with the platform and speaking to clients, as opposed to writing tests.
- You are able to get into the mind of the user and stress test the platform in ways that a user may do so.
- You probably hate meetings ?
- You have created QA test processes and enjoy the challenge of working from a blank page
- You understand that start-ups work under urgency and have an innate urge to get things QA passed
- You believe that generative AI is the next dot-com era, and you've probably built some small applications as a hobby

Location
We have a preference for Greece, Italy (this is where our team currently sits) and India but we will consider anywhere with a reasonable time-zone difference.
Interview Approach
- A basic Playwright test - Yes, I know tests can be boring but we want to make sure we conduct a deep and rapid interview process with those with the technical skill
- A 45-minute call with the co-founder (jordan)
- A 60-minute technical interview with our VP Eng (Pavel)
- A few shorter culture calls with other members of the team
