Responsibilities:
- Advise on the legal aspects of employee leasing agreements and develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant trade laws and employment law regulations in Austria
- Stay up-to-date on relevant legal changes and legislation.
- Manage legal risks associated with employee leasing activities.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to trade and employment law in Austria.
- Degree in law, business, international relations or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade and/or employment law,
- Strong understanding of Austrian trade and employment law.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Desirable to come from an employee leasing background
- Holds the certificate to be a trade law manager for employee leasing in Austria (Befähigungsnachweis für Arbeitskräfteüberlassung)
