Job Description
As a mid-level infrastructure engineer at ExpertVoice, you’ll help design and implement core infrastructure services. You’ll work with our architects and developers on feature teams to build and deploy infrastructure to our development and production environments. Some sample projects for 2024 include: zero trust networking, continuous profiling, and canary deployments with targeted ramp-up. Your work will contribute to a stable, performant production environment and will help developers develop and release code more efficiently. You’ll be joining a small team that works very collaboratively and will have a chance to learn from other experienced engineers while building with new technologies.

Salary Description
$85,000 to $110,000

Job Description
As a mid-level infrastructure engineer at ExpertVoice, you’ll help design and implement core infrastructure services. Responsibilities
- Design and build production infrastructure
- Ensure quality through dashboards, alerting, and monitoring
- Streamline the development and production experience
- Review and test solutions in collaboration with other engineers
- Work with feature engineers to help them use the platforms we build and manage
- Help investigate, triage, and resolve production issues
- Solid computer science fundamentals
- Experience with Go
- Familiarity with common infrastructure tools like Terraform, Nomad, Consul, Puppet, Kubernetes
- Curious and self-driven
- Not afraid of pushing back on proposed solutions
- Desire to work on new problems
- Experience in at least one of the following
- Java
- Python
- Rust
- Previous platform/infrastructure experience
