We are seeking part-time employees (Member Advocates) to support our clients by taking phone calls regarding employee benefit enrollment. This is a meaningful role in which you can take pride in knowing that at the other end of our technology is a person, a family member, or a loved one that needs your support.

Benefit Center Member Advocate Details:

  • Answer a broad range of inbound calls (in support of clients) in a professional, energetic, and positive manner
  • Assist with benefit enrollment centered questions regarding enrollment, verification, tech, and active
  • Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly
  • Ensure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately


Pay:

  • $17.00 Per Hour
  • $19.00 Per Hour if Licensed in Life & Health Insurance


Schedule/Hours:

  • Weekly Hours: Need to be available for at least 8 hours per week
  • Must work a minimum of two hours per shift
  • Monday – Friday (limited weekend hours may become available during our busiest times)
  • Hours will fall between 7am-7pm (or until last call of the day is closed out) Central Time (CST)
  • Hours will become available to choose from on a weekly cadence. (Although additional hours may become available each day). Choosing hours will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Seasonal role - please note that this is a seasonal role with the length of the assignment being dependent on business volume and performance.

  • Healthcare benefits or insurance industry experience (Strongly preferred but not required)
  • Ability to adhere to training and shift schedules, as well as attendance policies: there is flexibility in choosing the shifts that work best for you…however, the expectation is consistency and reliability in working the shifts you choose.
  • The expectation for training is 100% attendance of all training sessions within the 16-day paid training program.


BYOT (Bring Your Own Technology) - In This Role You Will Utilize Your Own Technology. We Require that You Have:

  • Windows Enabled PC/Laptop or MacBook (Chromebooks and Tablets are NOT supported)
  • Internet speeds of above 50 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload)
  • Ethernet Cable Connection
  • USB Enabled Headset
  • We also highly recommend that applicants possess a 2nd monitor (screen) when performing the role.


Training:

  • Businessolver will provide a paid 16-workday training program prior to “going live”.
  • Training Consists of both on-camera training sessions through Microsoft Teams, and self-guided/individual learning work (all completed from your home).
  • On average, new Advocates will spend 10-20 hours per week attending on-camera sessions via Microsoft Teams, and an average of 10-20 hours per week completing self-guided learning work.
  • It is required that all Member Advocate new hires attend all training sessions provided.
