Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Maintenance:
Accurately input and update data in company databases and systems.
Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Data Verification
Review data entries to ensure they are complete and free from errors.
Cross-check data against source documents and make necessary corrections.
Administrative Support
Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents related to data entry tasks.
Prepare and organize data for reports and presentations as needed.
Data Management
Maintain and organize electronic files and records to ensure easy retrieval.
Support the development and maintenance of data management procedures.
Reporting And Documentation
Generate regular reports based on entered data for review by supervisors.
Document processes and create user guides or manuals for data entry procedures.
Collaboration
Work closely with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Assist other departments with data-related tasks and projects as required.
Confidentiality
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Adhere to data protection regulations and company policies regarding data privacy.
Troubleshooting
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entry tasks.
Report any system or process issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
