Experience

• Ideally possess experience in Relocation Coordination, although candidates from Real Estate or Travel Agency backgrounds are also encouraged.
• Demonstrate a track record of managing client expectations in a service delivery environment.
• Exhibit strong client relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone.
• Possess commercial acumen to support successful end-to-end client service delivery.
• Showcase problem-solving abilities and an exceptional eye for detail.
• Display excellent communication skills within a business environment.
• Possess sound financial knowledge and invoicing experience.
• Experience with travel, accommodation, or related booking schedules is advantageous.

• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary.
