We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of basic administrative and clerical tasks. General duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to management and employees, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills – articulate in both written and verbal communication
- Work well as part of a team as we all have the same business goals and objectives
- Intuitive problem solver
- Data entry tasks including 10-key experience
- Capable of multitasking and ability to prioritize workload/complete tasks with minimum supervision
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in use of computer software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of general office experience
