We are looking for a Professional Services Senior Specialist to join our fast-growing team, working to decarbonize buildings and construction, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.

You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly and international work environment, and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.

One Click LCA’s innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 170 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

This full-time, permanent position is primarily available for candidates based in the UK. However, candidates based in Western European countries are also welcome to apply.

What you will do:

A mix of pre-sale business case development and post-sales consulting delivery to ensure strong customer adoption from our largest clients:

• Scope, shape and deliver professional services work, in the form of large-scale consulting support packs, for our largest clients, spanning Enterprise and large Key Accounts
• Work with our business development team on larger deals, providing the technical expertise and insight needed to get them over the line. Helping develop business cases and articulate complex technical solutions that meet a prospect’s internal workflow
• Work both pre and post-sale, helping to ensure that the handover process for large customers is seamless
• Act as a subject matter expert within and outside our company in the low-carbon design and Life Cycle Assessment space
• Provide training in technical topics related to our software, driving adoption, usage and customer value
• Be aware of customer software adoption and understand how your work and actions will positively impact it
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface them to our sales team

What you need:

• Technical proficiency and professional experience in LCA or related relevant field
• Demonstrated ability to take technical concepts and communicate them in a customer-friendly way
• Ability to run engaging, insightful, value-adding training and workshop-type sessions
• Experience in delivering consulting or professional services to blue-chip global organisations
• Some experience in partnering with sales reps to help with pre-sale activities would be beneficial
