Overview

Our People Team comprises passionate, caring, and dedicated individuals responsible for ensuring a world-class service across the Group. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for people-related administrative and operational requests, maintaining accurate information on People processes, HR policies, legalities, and procedures.
  • Document and process new starters, leavers, promotions, and other changes to employment terms and conditions.
  • Support the development and implementation of People processes and policies to facilitate business growth.
  • Manage pre and onboarding processes for new team members, including inductions.
  • Drive employee engagement by planning and supporting initiatives and championing our culture.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievances, handling workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits.
  • Support the implementation of talent development activities, including learning and development programs.
  • Collect, clean, and regularly update People data, sharing it with stakeholders in a user-friendly format as necessary.
  • Assist with recruitment and our Early Careers programmes, including recruitment campaigns and selection.
  • Manage the visa procurement process, providing support to applicants and updating records.
  • Stay updated on developments in the People Ops field to keep the company informed of HR trends, potential new initiatives, and best practices.
  • Act as a colleague champion and change agent, anticipating People-related needs and developing integrated solutions in line with the overarching People strategy.
  • Support People projects and initiatives.
  • This list is not exhaustive, and you may be expected to participate in special projects as required.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a People Advisor role.
  • CIPD qualification (level 3 minimum).
  • Proficiency in using people management systems and Applicant Tracking System (Experience with HiBob would be advantageous).
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and practices, with experience in employee relations case work.
  • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced environment.

  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Confident in networking; ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and the organisation.
  • Passionate in ensuring great candidate and employee experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to set own priorities and reschedule work in a changing environment and with multiple demands and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility and initiative.
  • Ability to provide an accurate and efficient service under pressure.
  • Experience with phone, video, and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
