Location: Fully remote working

Working hours: Full time 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 6am-9pm, Sat between 8am-6pm, Sundays & Bank Hols between 10am-6pm

Salary: €27,456

Capita Customer Solutions is looking for a fluent Irish Speaking Customer Service Representative to support our team, providing fantastic customer experience on all interactions, leaving a lasting impression.

To ensure that customer issues and concerns are answered efficiently and effectively, you will be supported with extensive training, so that we can help you build the knowledge and skills required to do the role.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a customer-focused, right first-time service, managing any customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
  • Accurately capture data and enter it on to the relevant systems.
  • Respond to all contacts from both internal & external customers made via all the available channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent Irish Speaker
  • Excellent customer service skills – with the ability to communicate both clearly and effectively.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including a high standard of vocabulary & grammar.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills – with thorough attention to detail.
  • Ability to work towards customer service SLA’s and KPI’s.
  • Computer literate (including Microsoft Suite) and data entry skills.
