Our client, a dynamic cultural exchange agency, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent to support their Irish operations.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating opportunities and always striving to provide programs of the highest quality.

• Will provide all information (by phone and in person) about programs to interested students in Ireland and the UK, will also provide our digital flyers and PDF information by email. Information to include costs, policies, insurance regulations, etc.
• The Virtual Secretary will transfer applicable and appropriate phone calls to the Customer Service Agent. If the Customer Service Agent is unavailable, the Virtual Secretary will send an email with the caller's contact information. The Customer Service Agent will return the call when time allows. Customer Service Agent will also conduct short interviews of potential participants, based on our simple protocol as part or registering for the program. These interviews can be conducted over the phone or video call, or in person.
• Also, the Customer Service Agent will follow up with participants and assist them to make sure they complete the applications online, upload documents and will provide orientations and guide to help the participants when they don't understand how to do it.
  
  

General tasks

• Provide all information about application process, program costs, payment method through calls, WhatsApp business or email.
• Return phone calls, answer emails and follow up with potential participants.
• Schedule interviews for those who have completed our online application.
• Virtually interview participants with empathy and kindness
• Personally attend to those interested parties who prefer to learn out about the process and seek information about our program in person.
• Help to create advertising materials for the social medias and or coordinate possible advertising at the universities social medias and influencers.
