Modern applications are complex. We are building a Serverless Postgres Platform that augments PostgreSQL with the functionality modern applications need to evolve and scale.

In every feature we build, we optimize for developer experience that will ultimately reduce our customers time to market or dramatically simplify hard architectural problems at scale. Our application is highly intuitive and is great for data collaboration with the entire team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Engaging with customers in a technical consultancy and advisor role throughout the customer journey providing technical and solution guidance for our Postgres Platform
  • Create and conduct product demonstrations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 3rd-level technical support
  • Gather requirements from potential customers.
  • Propose Postgres-based solutions to potential customers.
  • Guide engineering roadmap to better fit what customers are expecting.

About you:

  • Highly technical and experienced in operating PostgreSQL at scale.
  • Understand the main issues that people hit when operating PostgreSQL.
  • Keeps up to date with the latest developments in database systems.
  • Understand the general sales process.
  • Have demonstrated the ability to become a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
