We're the team behind Presto (https://gateway.fm/presto/), a robust platform that empowers users to deploy private zkEVM roll-ups in just a few minutes. Role and responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to GitHub issues and other support channels.
- Fix bugs and implement improvements for the CDK Erigon blockchain node.
- Provide technical support to customers, answering questions & troubleshooting issues.
- Test new features and fixes to ensure stability and performance.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Stay updated with ZK Zero-Knowledge) technologies and scalability solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Go developer, preferably in a blockchain-related project.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with GitHub and issue tracking.
- Familiarity with the Erigon blockchain node is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Interest in and knowledge of ZK technologies and scalability solutions.
Soft Skills
- Highly motivated to work in the blockchain space.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own research.
