Remote Working Student (Marketing Team)

Your mission

We are seeking a motivated Working Student to join our Marketing Team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts, by creating outbound lists and assisting with an automated sales outreach process. You will be given criteria and support to build these lists, tag them appropriately and assign them to the right sales representatives, as well as follow up on progress.

You’ll be involved in activities that directly impact our business results, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Your impact

You’ll identify potential contacts that our sales team can reach out to for initiating sales conversations. You’ll add and update contact lists in HubSpot, enhancing their quality, by enriching companies and contact’s profiles with relevant information sourced from other tools.

You’ll learn about sales email automation and assist in automating the outreach process as much as possible.

You’ll share information continuously with the sales team, and follow up regularly to successfully run the outbound campaigns.

You’ll prepare regular reports on how campaigns are performing and suggest improvements wherever possible.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in Masters studies (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field), and available for a 20 hours/week position, for a 6-month contract.
• Strong interest in learning about outbound marketing/sales processes and tools (Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Enrich, LinkedIn).
• Proficient in Excel and data driven.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
