We’re looking for someone who has experience of executing compensation and benefit initiatives at scale and would love the opportunity to do it all over again in a completely different way.

A champion of human-centric values and transparency in reward, you should be able and eager to tackle diverse challenges. This role is multifaceted, encompassing regular business activities such as our quarterly compensation cycle, annual pay band updates and benefit management. To exciting new initiatives such as entity set ups, pensions and reshaping equity processes —as we’re a small team there’s a lot to get stuck into.

You’ll thrive in this role if you ?

  • Are skilled in excel/google sheets and confident in sharing data insights
  • Are able to run end to end processes and drive conversations on how our processes interlink within the broader P&C domain
  • Have a desire to understand the systems and technology behind the scenes that underpin our processes and enhance them
  • Have experience of pay band creation, benchmarking, job architecture, salary review process
  • Are familiar with working with benefits from set up to administration
  • Have worked in a global/European context previously
  • Have experience of equity management (not required, but a bonus!)

Things you’ll be doing:

  • Research markets to ensure our reward practices are fair competitive and are underpinned by best practice
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure consistency in practice and application of our pay bands across the company
  • Working with our quarterly compensation data to bring us fresh insights
  • Creating pay bands
  • Running our monthly S&G promotion cycle and supporting our quarterly level up! Compensation cycle
  • Educating our leaders on best practice and why reward is important
  • Benchmarking
  • Working closely with our P&S and Payroll team to ensure our processes run smoothly
