The Talent Business Partner (TABP) is responsible for leading internal and external recruitment for various positions, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Data and Product. This includes identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates to offer. In this role you will be an advisor and partner to hiring managers and hiring teams. You will drive operational excellence by demonstrating a growth mindset, having an eye for continuous improvement and prioritizing candidate and hiring team experience. Lastly, you will play a fundamental role in leveraging recruitment reporting, tools and systems to inform the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.

What You'll Get The Opportunity To Do

  • Manage full cycle recruitment
    • Own all recruitment efforts for various client groups, ranging from intermediate to leadership positions. This includes intake meetings, sourcing, recruitment admin, stakeholder management, interviewing and offer negotiation.
    • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication with all applicants.
    • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS).
    • Provide mentorship to sourcers on the team
    • Create and manage diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse pipeline.
  • Streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the talent function
    • Responsible for continuous improvement and operational excellence for Technical client groups. This includes developing and delivering interview training, Greenhouse system training, identifying process improvements and implementing changes.
    • Partner with key business take holders on continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Drive recruitment success by leveraging and managing recruitment metrics, reporting, systems and tools to inform talent acquisition strategy.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Support Talent Projects and Initiatives
    • Support Talent projects from inception to completion. This includes Talent Branding and DE&I Partnerships.
    • Create and schedule LinkedIn posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments.
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to execute against our employer brand strategy. Ensure alignment with overall company branding and values.
    • Support DE&I initiatives with Pride @ Work Candidate, Black Professionals in Tech Network and Indigenous Link.
What You'll Bring To The Team

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience for roles across all levels.
  • 2 years of technical recruitment experience
  • Global recruitment experience is preferred
  • Experience with various recruitment platforms (For example, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and Gem)
  • Confidence being a Talent partner and advisor to Flipp’s Leadership Team.
  • Effective communication and the ability to clearly set expectations and objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
