About The Opportunity

Responsible for the review, delivery, and deployment of the FCM Platform/Booking tool functionalities across the Americas. This role will work with global and regional product and development teams to assist in writing User Stories, writing Requirements as needed, assisting in managing priorities, and testing end to end functionality appropriate for the Americas. This encompasses all Americas markets where the product is utilised. Ultimately this person is responsible for the end to end delivery of the product and subsequent iterations and modifications in those markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage User Stories and Business Requirements as they relate to the product
  • End to end review and testing to ensure work is fit for purpose in our markets
  • Work with local markets (US, CA, MX) to understand specific requirements, especially in terms of content
  • Work with Global Product Owners and development teams to manage priorities and resource
  • With local market organise necessary training, communication and change management
  • Manage and clearly communicate progress, risks and delivery to senior stakeholders
  • Share Release Notes, highlighting specific items relevant to the Americas Market

Experience & Qualifications

  • Needs to be proactive and a self starter
  • Need to understand end to end process and clearly communicate gaps and resolution
  • Need to write detailed requirements for developers, anticipating downstream workflows
  • Forward thinking, anticipate problem areas and take steps to improve
  • Demonstrates excellent open and honest communication with team members and Stakeholders. Must be able to adapt to and help others to embrace change.
  • Able to use strategic planning methods to ensure the products meets customer needs
  • Able to juggle several responsibilities competently. To manage your time effectively, in order to maximise efficiency and productivity
  • Able to manage multiple work streams and stakeholder requirements

Location – Remote, Canada

The role can be performed onsite, remote or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $102,000 - $120,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.

This position may be performed remotely anywhere within Canada in accordance with the company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy except for the province of PEI
