About Our Client

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join the team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with products and services.


As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support. You will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to onboard new customers, conduct product demonstrations, and offer training on the features and functionality of rubber products. Additionally, you will proactively monitor customer usage to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Onboard new customers, providing product demonstrations and training.
  • Proactively monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and industry trends.
  • Stay informed about market developments and the competitive landscape.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on customer success metrics and trends.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and address their concerns.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
