Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST
Compensation: $18.23 per hour plus bonus!
About The Role
A "Great Place to Work" certified company is seeking a highly motivated Remarketing Administrative Assistant. This role offers more than the typical administrative position; it serves as a career development opportunity within the organization. The position entails cross-checking work across various databases to ensure compliance and smooth flow of activities.
Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all aspects of Loss Mitigation, verifying insurance coverage, updating department spreadsheets, tracking data, and title statuses.
What you will do:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Inputting and tracking Sales information in Leapfrog
- Updating and maintaining auction statuses in AutoIMS
- Inputting post-sale check receipts
- Auditing and sending necessary documents for Gap/Warranty Cancellations
- Maintaining post-sale document uploads
- Verifying insurance coverage on recovered vehicles
- Assisting with title tracking in the Allstate portal and Remarketing dashboard
- Supporting the Remarketing team with various tasks
What you bring:
- AA/AS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Desire to establish a long-term career with FHF
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
