Responsibilities:
- Design and manage various monitoring and observability tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Oversee the management of our Active Directory infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of Windows operating systems supporting internal applications.
- Supervise our AWS deployments (SaaS) operating on AWS EKS.
- Maintain and enhance tools for implementing DevOps principles, including CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on our Cloud-based systems.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot our product microservices and tools, including databases.
- 2+ years of relevant DevOps work experience.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies, preferably AWS.
- Strong scripting and automation skills such as bash, Python, PowerShell .
- Experience utilizing IaC tools, such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD methodologies, utilizing tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with alerting and monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to task completion.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to drive projects from inception to implementation.
- A self-motivated individual capable of proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Comfortable working in a high-scale, rapidly evolving environment.
