What You Will Do:

  • Become a trusted collaborator of the Healthcare Operations teams impacted by your projects, gaining context on their goals, challenges, motivators, and readiness for change
  • Support the Healthcare Operations leadership team by leading projects or workstreams as needed
  • Conduct discovery on operational improvement opportunities, scope solutions, seek feedback from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and develop rollout plans
  • Conduct rollout of operational change from your projects, monitor/respond to the results. This may require you executing work and influencing stakeholders/collaborators to execute on your plans
  • Partner with our Data teams to design metrics and analyses, utilize analytical insights to inform decisions and plans


The Skills and Qualifications You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a demonstrated track record of success with project management and delivery experience in the healthcare industry; or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent background
  • Knowledge of value-based care or care management industry experience preferred
  • Ability to build trust, cultivate relationships, collaborate at all levels within the organization, and influence diverse team members and business partners toward common goals
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills (using tools, such as Amplitude, PowerBI, Tableau) with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to real-time changes in project scopes, processes, and business priorities
  • Knowledge of change management/continuous improvement methodologies a plus
