We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator with specialized expertise in IBM DataStage, InfoSphere, and Db2 databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our DataStage and InfoSphere environments. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our data integration solutions, supporting various business and data processing needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our DataStage and InfoSphere environments. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our data integration solutions, supporting various business and data processing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IBM DataStage and InfoSphere environments.
- Perform minor version upgrades and apply product fix packs.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement performance tuning for DataStage jobs and InfoSphere components.
- Perform regular health checks and maintenance activities to ensure system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator with a focus on IBM DataStage, InfoSphere, and Db2 databases.
- Strong knowledge of DataStage and InfoSphere installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in performing version upgrades and applying fix packs for IBM DataStage and InfoSphere.
- Expertise in monitoring and tuning system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve system and application issues efficiently.
- Excellent documentation skills to maintain accurate records of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Ability to perform regular health checks and maintenance activities to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Certification in IBM DataStage or related technologies.
- Experience with large-scale data integration projects.
- Knowledge of other database systems and data integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
