Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Spend Management: Oversee and manage daily ad spending of up to $10K on Meta platforms, ensuring budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Strategy and Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and audience engagement objectives.
- Platform Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite for campaign management, along with proficiency on platforms like TikTok and Twitter.
- Audience Segmentation: Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively, maximizing reach and relevance.
- A/B Testing: Execute and analyze A/B tests for different ad angles and creative strategies, pivoting based on performance data to enhance outcomes.
- Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance with a focus on optimizing cost per click and improving ROI.
- Understanding Consumer Behavior: Apply insights into consumer behavior to refine advertising approaches, particularly within the male health or general wellness spaces.
- Cost Efficiency: You have successfully optimized ad spending to achieve lower cost per click while maintaining or enhancing campaign quality and effectiveness.
- Strategic Impact: Your advertising strategies have significantly contributed to the brand's market presence and customer acquisition goals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Through meticulous analysis and adjustments, you have consistently enhanced the performance of digital ad campaigns, demonstrating a strong return on investment.
- Proven Experience in Paid Media: Extensive experience managing large advertising budgets, specifically on Meta platforms, with a proven track record of success.
- Platform Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Meta Business Suite and experience with other social media platforms such as TikTok and Twitter.
- Direct-to-Consumer Marketing: Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing within the health sector, particularly male health or wellness.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to utilize analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Consumer Insights: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, especially in the health and wellness domain.
- Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
