Responsibilities
- Screen and Assess Candidates: Utilize our ATS to evaluate candidates for various positions, focusing primarily on marketing roles.
- Conduct Discovery Calls: Further, assess shortlisted candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and interviewers.
- Prepare Candidates: Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews, assignments, and presentations.
- Support Throughout Process: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Extend Offers and Onboard: Extend job offers and coordinate with HR for a smooth onboarding process.
- Proven Experience: Expertise in recruiting for marketing, tech, and general roles.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Remote Recruitment: Familiarity with best practices for remote recruitment.
- Self-motivated: Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- English Proficiency: Native-level English proficiency is a prerequisite.
