Medlocums is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Recruitment Team Leader to join our Cape Town office. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure team success.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the NHS and private healthcare clients.

Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placement and post-placement support.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive team performance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare recruitment sector.

Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Manage and prioritize a high volume of temporary, contractual, and permanent nursing requirements across various specialities.

Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.

Requirements Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong personality and confident demeanour.

Highly driven, goal-oriented, and hungry for financial success.

In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
