Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new recruits, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to meet the staffing needs of the NHS and private healthcare clients.
Conduct thorough pre-employment checks including reference checks, credential verification, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
Provide support and guidance to new recruits throughout the onboarding process, addressing any queries or concerns.
Collaborate with recruitment consultants and clients to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and onboarding timelines.
Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance the onboarding process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare recruitment sector.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in onboarding to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements Requirements:
Proven experience in onboarding, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong personality and confident demeanour.
Highly driven, goal-oriented, and hungry for financial success.
In-depth knowledge of the onboarding process and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using onboarding software and tools.
A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
