Position Overview:

As a Client Account Manager at Harper May, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, forging strong client relationships and ensuring their recruitment needs are met with precision and excellence. If you have experience in financial recruitment, business development, and consultancy sales, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Initiate engaging outbound calls to clients via our business development (BD) platform.

Understand and address client recruitment requirements, building strong, lasting relationships.

Provide exceptional service, promptly addressing any client concerns or inquiries.

Interview Scheduling:

Liaise with clients to identify ideal interview slots for candidates.

Coordinate with internal teams and candidates to ensure smooth interview scheduling.

Provide clear instructions and confirmations to all parties involved.

Candidate Communication:

Communicate interview details and instructions to candidates via email and other electronic means.

Act as a primary contact for candidates, addressing any questions or concerns about the interview process.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and interview schedules.

Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any feedback.

Collaboration and Support:

Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover of interview scheduling and candidate communications.

Provide support to clients and candidates throughout the interview process, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Requirements Requirements:

Proven Experience In Financial Recruitment Is Essential.

Strong business development skills.

Experience in consultancy sales.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
