At Project Growth, we're expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us find talented individuals for key roles. This remote position allows you to contribute your expertise to our growing team from anywhere in the world.


English proficiency at a native level is a prerequisite, and applications without videos will not be considered.


Responsibilities:

  • Screen and Assess Candidates: Utilize our ATS to evaluate candidates for various positions, focusing primarily on marketing roles.
  • Conduct Discovery Calls: Further, assess shortlisted candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Prepare Candidates: Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews, assignments, and presentations.
  • Support Throughout Process: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Extend Offers and Onboard: Extend job offers and coordinate with HR for a smooth onboarding process.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Expertise in recruiting for marketing, tech, and general roles.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Remote Recruitment: Familiarity with best practices for remote recruitment.
  • Self-motivated: Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • English Proficiency: Native-level English proficiency is a prerequisite.
  • Video Applications: Applications without videos will not be considered.

Working Hours: This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm EST
