This role is perfect for an individual skilled in developing targeted email marketing campaigns, creating effective workflows, and utilizing segmentation to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 1 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow and Automation Development: Design and implement Klaviyo workflows and automations that nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
- Audience Segmentation: Segment email lists accurately to target different customer groups effectively, increasing the relevancy and personalization of each campaign.
- Campaign Creation: Develop comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including follow-ups, nurturing sequences, and abandoned cart campaigns, to maximize conversions and retain customers.
- Holistic Marketing Understanding: Apply a thorough understanding of consumer product marketing to optimize email strategies and integrate them with broader marketing efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of email campaigns and automations, using data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
- Creative Content Production: Utilize some copywriting (and design as a bonus) to create compelling and visually appealing email content that resonates with the target audience.
- Enhanced Customer Engagement: You have successfully implemented email marketing strategies that have significantly increased engagement rates and customer retention.
- Optimized Email Performance: Through meticulous analysis and optimization, your email campaigns consistently achieve and surpass set KPIs, driving sales and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Strategic Integration: Your efforts have seamlessly integrated email marketing into the broader marketing strategy, creating a cohesive and unified consumer experience.
- Proven Klaviyo Expertise: Extensive experience with Klaviyo, specifically in setting up workflows, automations, and conducting audience segmentation.
- DTC Marketing Knowledge: Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing, with the ability to manage email campaigns for multiple product lines.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Copywriting Skills: Competence in crafting engaging content, with design experience considered a significant plus, though not mandatory.
