About the Team:

The Customer Experience team lives and breathes the mission of empowering customers to feel amazing. They are considered fit gurus, shipping virtuosos, and fashion therapists. The Customer Experience team is the heart of the business and plays a significant role in its success. The team is supportive and collaborative.


About the Job:

Customer Experience Associates (CXAs) will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have a memorable experience that aligns with the brand's values. This role involves delivering empathetic and detail-oriented solutions to customers, serving as subject matter experts. CXAs receive comprehensive training to optimize their effectiveness in handling customer interactions.

This part-time role currently offers approximately 20 hours per week and requires flexibility in weekly hours due to the seasonal nature of the business.


All new hires MUST attend a 4-week virtual training session, Monday-Friday from 9:30 am - 4 pm EST beginning on Monday, July 8th. Following the training period, CXAs will undergo an assessment before commencing their part-time shifts.


Shift Times Available:

  • Wednesday-Saturday (Wednesday-Friday 2 pm-7 pm EST & Saturday 1 pm-6 pm EST)
  • Saturday-Tuesday, 9 am-2 pm EST
  • Sunday-Wednesday (Sunday 1 pm-6 pm EST, Monday-Wednesday 2 pm-7 pm EST)
  • Monday-Friday, 9 am-1 pm EST


Starting Pay Rates:

  • $16/hr: MA, CO, OR, TX, IL, AZ, VA, FL
  • $14.50/hr: TN, KS


What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional service through various communication channels.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and champion core values.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and assist customers in finding suitable styles.
  • Resolve customer issues creatively and respectfully.
  • Share feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture.


Who You Are:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a customer-focused role
  • Skills: Problem-solving, multitasking, communication, integrity, efficiency, dedication, empathy


About You / Requirements:

  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency in G Suite, Google Chrome, Slack, Zoom, etc.
  • High-speed internet access (minimum 10Mbps connection) provided by cable or fiber provider
