About the Role:
Our client is looking for a self-motivated Customer Success Manager with strong customer and community-facing skills and a passion for health and social care. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customers and community-based organizations achieve their business objectives.
This role involves strategic thinking and tactical execution, with relationship-building at its core, specifically focusing on building buy-in with local stakeholders. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that requires managing competing priorities and collaborating effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Manage, grow, and retain a book of business for assigned non-complex small to mid-tier customers with an average $100K CARR
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, adoption, and engagement rates
- Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships with stakeholders, facilitating end-to-end engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute coordinated engagement approaches to foster partnerships and ensure customer growth and sustainability
- Develop and refine success plans for customers, identifying key objectives, success metrics, coordinated strategies, risks, and solutions for long-term success
- Gather and analyze customer feedback regularly to advocate for the customer and community partners within the hiring company
- Proactively manage and monitor accounts to prevent attrition risks
You’re a great fit for this role if:
- Possess 3+ years of professional work experience
- Have 1-3+ years of customer success or relevant work experience
- Demonstrated Customer Success skills for daily tasks
- Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with SaaS products and the tech industry is advantageous
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to take initiative, inspire, and drive change at all levels
- Successful history of managing complex projects and scenarios with confidence and organization
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in data analysis to derive insights, tell compelling stories, and drive action
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable
- Passion for healthcare, human services, and/or public health
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Remote position based in the U.S.
- The target pay range for this role is $75-80k, based on skills, experience, competencies, and location
- Position entails approximately 15% travel
