Position: NLP Analyst

Location: Remote : need to be willing to work onsite in Charlotte one week out of the month

Contract Length:Budget approved through EOY with possibility of extension

Description of project:

This person will be responsible for reviewing the Natural Language Understanding (NLU), including looking at and mapping utterances, adding and revising synonyms and overall quality of language to improve NLU handling. Additional responsibilities include working with business partners and IT to create NLP trainings, training the bot with improved utterances, synonyms and matters as well as developing ontology and knowledge graph for optimal NLP performance.

Top Requirements:

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) or speech scientist background
• Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Machine Learning Experience
• Training and tuning experience
• Analytical experience within tuning to find what is underperforming
