Job Title: Invoice & Media Coordinator
Location: Remote
Job Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Primary Skills:
- Media Coordination: Experience in roles such as Media Associate, Account Management, Accounting, or Project Management.
- Media Associate, Account Management, Accounting, or Project Management role.
- Invoice Management: Strong experience in invoice coding, processing, and managing billing-related issues.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and coordinate ad hoc administrative work and partnership logistics.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling data, numbers, and documentation.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal direction, managing deadlines and reprioritizing tasks as needed.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- BAM Invoice Coding and Management (70%):
- Ensure all invoices across the Brand Strategy, Advertising, and Media (BAM) teams are accurately coded and processed according to CFA stewardship principles.
- Manage the coding and processing of National and Market level media invoices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for BAM billing and invoicing needs, partnering with Centralized Coding, Accounting, agencies, and vendors to resolve billing issues.
- Oversee the MAP platform management, including RVAC and the Supplier Portal.
- Project Management, Ad Hoc Administrative Work, Partnership Logistics (30%):
- Act as a cross-functional liaison for various ongoing and ad hoc projects.
- Create and file necessary documents and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with logistics, such as ticketing, to support the execution of national partnerships.
