Job Title: Technical Support Cisco

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term

Timings: 3 rd shift 9.30 PM EST to 6AM EST

Must have:

• Not a lot of trouble shooting.
• Experience working with 3 rd party (Any OEM Juniper or Cisco etc)
• Main communicator between Customer and OEM
• Working in ticketing systems, Windows experience, Cisco, Juniper or other OEM network device experience including opening tickets (trouble shooting knowledge is good to have as well), attendance, self starter.
• There will be training on how to open the tickets.
• Please note this is not a technical position, but must have understanding and some experience.
