They ensure that accessibility, visual design, motion design and design system intent is maintained and executed with the highest quality.

These are your tasks:

• You bridge the gap between design and development to ensure that the design vision is translated into the UI with the highest quality.
• You will write code by using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like Vue.js, and similar based on design specifications to ensure that the design's visual fidelity is preserved during implementation.
• You ensure that the user interface works across different web browsers and platforms, addressing compatibility issues as needed.
• You ensure that the design is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by following accessibility standards and guidelines.
• You implement and maintain design system components, patterns, and style guides to ensure visual consistency and scalability across our products and platforms.
• You have a strong collaboration with development teams and other designers.

What you bring to the table:

• You have 3-5 years of practical experience in UX (web development and related field).
• You have you have completed a degree or training in the field of UX design, web development, psychology or a familiar discipline.
• You have advanced knowledge with the design software Figma
• You possess extended knowledge of UX principles and best practices.
• You demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• You are familiar with design systems, style guides and version control systems like Git.
• You speak English fluently and impress with your excellent communication skills.
