Sub-Saharan AfricaReporting to the Senior Manager - Health Services, the Senior Health Coach will work collaboratively to improve the quality of clients care through facilitating the efficient use of resources thereby enhancing quality, cost-effective outcomes.Sub-Saharan Africa

Sub-Saharan AfricaAt integratedliving, our Senior Health Coaches work collaboratively with other health professionals to assess, plan and implement restorative or reablement activities for our clients. The focus of this role is to enable prioritization and individualization of health management through promotion of health literacy and empowerment of clients and their families/carers through coaching, education and use of assistive technologies, to achieve and maintain optimum level of health and well-being.Sub-Saharan Africa
