• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Drive the adoption of modern web development frameworks and methodologies.

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and APIs to enhance application functionality.

• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards are met.

• Stay updated on emerging web development trends and share knowledge with the team.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.

• Act as a subject matter expert in web development, contributing to technical discussions and solving challenges.
